For over 15 years, Heather Hardy has handled complex civil litigation cases at Richard A. Harpootlian, PA. Heather has extensive trial experience, assisting Mr. Harpootlian in eight civil cases litigated in state and federal court. She is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Paralegal Certification Program. Outside work, Heather is a wife and mother to three children (Lunden Ann-25, Forrest Cole-23, and Brenna Margaret-20) and two step-children (Olivia Joann-13 and Landry Elise-11). She is active with the Lexington/Richland School District, serves on the Okra Strut Commission for the Town of Irmo, and was a founding member of Brown Box Veggies and Midland’s Food Alliance, both of which support the Farm to School Program in South Carolina schools. In 2014, she was a Palmetto Center for Women TWIN Award recipient and in 2015, Heather was named one of the 50 Most Influential Leaders by SC Business Report.
